The Glass Studio

The Glass Studio at Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass offers classes for both youth and adults using glass as the primary medium. The studio is equipped with Paragon and Skutt kilns for fusing, propane and oxygen torches for flameworking, and grinding wheels.

Open Studio is available to anyone who has taken a fusing or flameworking class and feels confident working independently. Please contact the Glass Studio Manager at Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass for more information and to schedule a time.

adult classes

In the Glass Studio, anyone 16 and older can learn a variety of glass working techniques from professional artists. With classes designed to have a low student to instructor ratio, you will have lots of personal attention to help your creativity flow into your project. Bring a friend or come and do something nice just for yourself. You will come away with a substantial work of art you can be proud of. You can register for classes now or call us with questions at 920.751.4658.
Unless otherwise noted, all classes are held at Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass, 165 North Park Avenue in Neenah, WI.

You have a variety of formats to choose from, including drop-in Art Activity Days held once per month, formal classes for youth to learn on their own or have bonding time with a special adult, and summer day camps. And when the kids are through in the studio, they’ll have a work of art for the ages that won’t crumple and fade. You can register for classes now or call us with questions at 920.751.4658.
