SPARK! October ’19

SPARK! is a cultural program for people with early- to mid-stage memory loss and their  care partners.
SPARK! programs welcome care partners to stay actively engaged in their communities while joining peers to experience art, culture and nature in a comfortable environment with specially trained staff and volunteers.

At this Spark! Session, we will experience autumn with a poem reading, crunching leaves, and  enjoying the scent of traditional autumnal food and drink. We will make a Fall Leave Wreath, too. We’ll be using fake fall leaves to create a unique wreath to hang on a door or wall as a festive fall decoration. We’ll end the day with hot cider and snacks
