Help us Grow!

Dear Wonderful Friends,

Did you know that in just one year, 1,627 families have participated in our monthly art activity days? Or that 158 Fox Cities Area based students and 15 high schools made and presented glass artwork in our annual exhibition? And 589 community members participated in-house enrichment projects that included glass studio projects? Or that we have given away 150 Golden Ticket Scholarships so children can make a special glass activity? The common denominator in all these extraordinary glass experiences is our kilns. We activate our mission through our beloved kilns to enrich the lives of our community and share the magic of glass.

Today, I am writing with a special ask for your help to support YOUR museum with a time-sensitive project. Two of our glass kilns are so well-loved that they urgently need to be replaced.

We’re embarking on a kiln campaign, “Help us Grow” and we’d love your support! Will you please consider joining us in this glassful endeavor, by making a donation at a level meaningful to you? Help us make glass magic with kids and adults alike.

Your donation contributes to one-of-a-kind glass experiences for more than 20,000 visitors each year, and free admission makes participation accessible to all! While the visitor number is impressive, what’s most powerful is the experience you make possible for each individual who walks through our doors.

We offer our deepest thanks for your continued support and your consideration of this extra special request. Your investment will make an impact for years to come!

Thank you so much for considering our kind request and helping us grow!

With gratitude,

Amy G. Moorefield

Executive Director

**Did you know that if you contribute $100 or more, you’ll receive a special handmade glass flower sun catcher as our special gift to you.

Support Our Glass Kiln Campaign

You "Helped Us GROW!" -- THANK YOU!

This spring, we announced the retirement of our two well-loved kilns, and shared an urgent need to replace them. Our classes and outreach — offered across all age ranges and abilities — have been in high demand, often above capacity, with waitlists.

We now have new kilns and new classes thanks to artists/kiln builders Wes and Wesley Hunting of Princeton, Wisconsin and the generosity of 108 donors and grant foundations who answered our plea! We are so grateful to the support of our community!

This incredible team effort has been made possible by YOU!

Matching gift support from the Community Vision Fund, Helen Hardt Family Fund, and Raymond and Betty Smith Charitable Fund II within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. Our thanks to the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation and their Community Impact Grant for their deep support. We also thank the many donors who helped make our kiln dreams a reality!
